Job summary
Dow invites new graduate PhD and post-doc scientists and engineers to join our Early Career Program across R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain and Information Systems in North America, including Texas, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
As a PhD scientist or engineer, you will solve diverse problems, drive initiatives that deliver business and customer value, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while developing broad technical skills through collaboration across
Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
- Graduation date no later than November 2027.
- Eligible to comply with US export control laws.
Responsibilities
- Solve diverse and open-ended problems in R&D and other functions.
- Drive initiatives delivering business and customer value.
- Develop broad and deep technical skills as an industrial researcher.
