Job summary

KSM seeks an Early Career Program Specialist to coordinate internship programs and support early career development across the firm. You’ll manage logistics, communications, and participant support from internship prep through transition to full-time employment.

Reporting to the Early Career Program Manager, you’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, and other teams, ensuring a consistent, engaging intern experience and data-driven program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, I/O Psychology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience coordinating programs, events, or projects, preferably in learning and development, early career, recruiting, HR, or employee experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internship schedules, training, events, communications, materials, and onboarding activities with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary day-to-day resource for interns and coordinators, addressing routine questions and escalating concerns as needed.
• Coordinate early career development sessions including registration, scheduling, and facilitator support.
