Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, internship and trainee programs and manage partner relationships. You will provide day-to-day coordination, tracking, reporting, and administrative support to ensure meaningful exposure, guidance, and development for participants across the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in program coordination, administration, HR, learning and development, recruiting, workforce development, education, or operations support preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills required; willingness to learn internal systems, processes, and industry-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship program activities, including schedules, assignments, participant tracking, and follow-up.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, and department leaders to support training completion, program engagement, and participant success.
• Maintain program records, reports, communications, and related documentation to support effective administration and decision-making.
• Support relationships with educational and workforce partners to strengthen early-career talent pipelines.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for talent meetings, initiatives, projects, and events.
