Job summary

Evonik Corporation is launching a three-year Engineering Talent Acquisition & Development (ETAD) program in Mobile, AL. The program blends broad two-year technical training with one year of focused development in an engineering role, preparing you for various technical career paths within Evonik.

Participants contribute to process engineering, capital projects, plant operations, and improvement initiatives while gaining exposure across Evonik’s manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering with graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Willingness to relocate for project support and career opportunities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, process design, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and methodological support to production and operations.
• Lead concepts for capacity expansion and process improvements within projects.
• Support conceptual through startup phases of capital investment projects.
• Prepare designs, drawings, specifications, and instructions for capital projects.
