Evonik Corporation in Mobile, Alabama is launching a three-year ETAD program to develop entry-level engineers for process engineering, capital projects, plant operations, and technical improvement initiatives across Evonik’s manufacturing network.
Participants gain two years of broad development and one year of focused experience, with exposure to various engineering disciplines and hands-on project work within NextGen Technologies.
The ETAD program belongs to Evonik's preferred internal technology & engineering partner (NextGen Technologies (NGT)). NGT's mission is to make Evonik better through a variety of engineering activities that create value for Evonik. The ETAD program goals are to prepare entry-level engineers for their future roles with Evonik and to be a pipeline of future talents for Evonik. The program is three years in duration and is composed of two years of applied broad training and one year of focused development in a preferred engineering role.
