One Medical, based in Maryland, is seeking residency-trained primary care physicians to join right out of residency in a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment. The role offers a robust onboarding program including mentoring, a personalized learning plan, and ongoing access to primary care experts nationwide, with growth opportunities from day one through leadership development.

The position is full-time in Maryland offices, with a base salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Washington D.C., obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsabilités

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
