Job summary

One Medical is seeking residency-trained primary care physicians to join its tech-enabled clinics in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage diverse patient panels through in-person and telehealth visits, while participating in ongoing clinical rounds and continuous education.

The role emphasizes human-centered care, teamwork, and using technology to deliver high-quality care. A robust onboarding program and commitment to physician growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM/PM pediatrics.
• Board-eligibility or board-certified in Family/IM/IM-Peds within the specified timeframe.
• CA state medical license before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health visits.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues when applicable.
