This full-time role in Washington, D.C. offices centers on managing a diverse patient panel, treating acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with in-office and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Washington DC, obtained before start date

Responsabilités

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; occasional tele-health visits
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of clinical training; opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
