Job summary

One Medical in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking residency-trained Family/Internal Medicine physicians to join us right out of residency. You will practice in a tech-enabled primary care setting, manage a diverse patient panel, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams.

We offer an onboarding program, mentorship, a robust benefits package, and a base salary range of $308,700 to $347,300 per year with sign-on and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Board Eligible Family/IM or Internal Medicine/IM-Peds residency status required within the last calendar year and next exam timing.
• CA state license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive visits.
• Treating patients in-office or at testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing education.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
