Job summary

One Medical seeks primary care physicians to join right after residency in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll practice in a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment with onboarding and ongoing education to support growth and leadership development.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, continuous learning, and delivery of high-quality care across in-person and telehealth settings. Exact office location determined during interview.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, a Family/IM/Pediatrics residency.
• CA license obtained before start date in CA.
• Board-eligible or completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health as needed.
• Participate in clinical rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues as assigned.
