Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor to provide confidential short-term counseling to employees, in person or virtually, at Colmar, PA. Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or education required; licensure preferred.

The role includes assessments, crisis intervention, group sessions, and collaboration with contracted companies, marketing, and program management to support well-being and productivity across the network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or education required.
• Licensure in Social Work or Professional Counseling preferred but not required.
• Experience providing counseling, mental health and crisis intervention is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, short-term counseling and counseling both in person and virtually.
• Conduct crisis intervention and critical incident debriefing sessions.
• Participate in planning, developing, and conducting training and professional development.
• Assist with marketing plans and build relationships with community leaders.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and privacy policies.
