Job summary

Magellan Health, Inc. is seeking an EAP Consultant – Onsite in St. Louis, MO to provide counseling, assessment and triage services to employees and organizations.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, at least five years of clinical experience post-degree, and current licensure (LCSW-C, LMHC, LPCC, LPC, etc.). TS/SCI clearance is preferred. The position offers opportunities for crisis intervention, training delivery, information and referral, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent.
• Current licensure required (e.g., LCSW-C, LMHC, LPCC, LPC).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience after graduation.
• Experience with chemical dependency, mental health and brief therapy.
• Understanding of EEO, ADA, FMLA and Drug Free Workplace requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services related to workplace and career concerns, emotional health, and work-life balance.
• Conduct substance use screenings and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver assessment, consultation, education and triage services to organizations and employees.
• Offer crisis intervention and short-term counseling; conduct EAP orientations and trainings.
• Manage caseload with timely documentation to meet quality metrics.
• Develop working relationships and participate in team trainings to build a high-performance team.
