Northern Light Health is hiring an EAP Counselor to join our Employee Assistance Program. This role blends short-term counseling with workplace consultation, leadership training, critical incident response, and coaching for executives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Hold or be eligible for LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counseling to individuals and groups.
• Conduct workplace consultations to support employee well-being and productivity.
• Deliver leadership training and coaching for supervisors and executives.
• Lead critical incident response and debriefings as part of organizational resilience.
• Offer executive coaching and consultation to senior leaders.
