Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Prince George, VA. This part-time position involves offering solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, as well as leading support groups and conducting training sessions.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's Degree in a mental health discipline and current state license. Experience in EAP and trauma is preferred. This role will allow the clinician to participate in health fairs and other company activities.

Job description

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Prince George, VA. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (4 hours a week). While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic)
• Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees
• Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
• Provides Management Consultations
• Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response
• Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
• Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
• Current Independent State License to Practice
• Current Malpractice Insurance
• Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
• Experience in Work-Related Issues
• EAP Experience Preferred
• Experience in trauma
• CEAP a Plus
