Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking an EAM Value Realization, Emerging Talent Intern for its Strategic Initiatives department in New York. The role focuses on digitizing assets in GIS and leveraging the Data Lake to generate analytics that inform asset management decisions.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 (Undergraduate), $21.00 (Graduate)
All internship positions are onsite and require regular, in-person attendance at the designated work location with a minimum of 20hrs per a week.
The EAM VR team is a group within Strategic Initiatives that utilizes GIS, Engineering, Asset Management skillsets with data science to help advance utilization of EAM data to make better decisions around maintenance and the replacement of assets. Support for operating agencies varies based on level of EAM deployment and augments analytical capacity within each agency. This team also seeks to highlight ‘best practices’ within agencies that could be more aggressively shared/deployed with other parties in the MTA.
This role will help with the digitization and creation of New Assets in GIS and EAM. This role will also utilize the Data Lake to create analytics leading to insightful use of EAM for the business.
