Job summary

Compunnel Inc. in Long Beach, CA seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and IT teams for the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). You will help evolve asset lifecycle management and enable predictive maintenance, asset analytics, and Digital Twin initiatives.

You will support VUEWorks implementations, gather requirements, design workflows, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive data governance and integration testing across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong domain expertise in Enterprise Asset Management Systems.
• Experience with EAM/CMMS or infrastructure asset management solutions.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 asset management principles.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs and workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise system integrations, APIs, and data management concepts.
• Experience supporting integration testing and UAT; leading requirements phases for large system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business operations and technology to support EAMS implementation and evolution.
• Translate business requirements into system workflows, configurations, and specs.
• Ensure regulatory and operational requirements are reflected in the EAMS platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Lead requirements activities for large or complex system implementations.
• Support data governance and asset information management initiatives.
• Coordinate integration testing strategies and SIT/UAT activities.
• Assist in training and change management for asset management initiatives.
