Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking an EAM Asset Management Systems Supervisor for a direct hire role in San Jose, CA.

The position leads enterprise asset/work management platforms, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment across sites. You will oversee system enhancements, user access, training, and documentation, while partnering with operations and IT to optimize workflows and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least six (6) years of experience working with enterprise asset management or maintenance management platforms.
• Experience supporting or working within a specific enterprise asset system platform.
• Experience with enterprise databases and tools used for querying and managing structured data.
• Background in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong culture of safety, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across all system-related activities.
• Lead a team responsible for supporting enterprise asset/work management platforms, including user access, system configuration, training, and documentation.
• Partner with operational stakeholders and technical teams to enhance system functionality, usability, and alignment with business workflows.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities related to asset management and maintenance systems.
• Oversee data governance practices to improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and visibility into asset and work performance.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen system utilization and improve overall data quality across the organization.
• Manage integrations between asset management systems and other enterprise applications.
• Support mobile and field-based technology solutions that enable efficient work execution.
• Develop reporting dashboards and analytics using business intelligence tools to support decision-making.
• Coordinate multiple system-related initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities and operational needs.
