SIKLA USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Manager to lead our Customer Service department in Suwanee, GA.

This hands-on, operational leadership role oversees the complete Order-to-Delivery process and coordinates closely with Management, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive performance and continuous improvement. Qualifications

5+ years in B2B Customer Service or Order Fulfillment or comparable operational function.
Leadership responsibility for a CS/Order Fulfillment team is required.
Hands-on SAP experience with ERP-driven processes.
Strong cross-functional, analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English; advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Customer Service team and oversee day-to-day performance.
Own the Customer Service portion of the Order-to-Delivery process from inquiry to invoicing.
Ensure accurate processing of quotations, sales orders, and shipping requirements.
Monitor open orders, backorders, and delivery commitments; manage workload.
Serve as primary escalation point for complex orders and coordination problems.
Coordinate with Management, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Establish processes, SOPs, training plans, and KPIs.
