Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service specialist to manage B2B accounts from order receipt to delivery using SAP or ERP systems.

You will monitor demand, open orders, and delivery commitments, proactively communicating risks and changes to stakeholders across Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance. Strong problem-solving and data-analytic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of B2B customer service/order management experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/order-management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with EDI, ASNs, and order-to-delivery processes preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B customer accounts from order receipt through delivery in SAP or ERP.
• Monitor demand, open/backorders, and delivery commitments; communicate changes.
• Manage EDI transactions, customer portals, shipping requirements, and ASNs.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, complaints, returns, credits, and debits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
