Job summary

IEWC is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide best-in-class support for customers. The CCR will manage orders, respond to inquiries, handle post-sale transactions, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.

Proficiency with SAP and Excel, plus CRM experience, is expected. Responsibilities include order entry, tracking, changes, and proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in any industry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical and business information.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders timely with high accuracy by reviewing POs and entering orders into SAP & Rubicon.
• Respond to customer inquiries with urgency and first contact resolution.
• Run reports and collaborate with customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Administer order changes, expediting, tracking and cancellations.
• Update customer and material information promptly in SAP & Rubicon.
