The Clair Global E-Shop Supervisor oversees daily activities of the E-Shop and collaborates with Audio Department Head to assemble and test electronics racks per client specifications, aligning with Clair's mission and values.

Key duties include supervising inbound/outbound/quality control, guiding RF/Communications rack builds, training staff on rack building and testing procedures, and maintaining organized workspaces while leveraging ERP tools for asset tracking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years' professional level audio experience.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with audio electronics and consoles and how they operate.
• Working knowledge of the functions of an ERP system.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day activities for the eShop with Audio Department Head and Operations
• Maintain an organized workspace for all gear
• Assist with cycle counts and late returns
• Pack electronics for safe transport outside of racks
• Continual use of ERP system to track, manage, document and prep company owned assets
• Provide tech support to road staff when necessary
• Identify and elevate when parts need to be ordered for e-shop
• Coordinate with Audio Operations and Audio IT on updates
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

The E-Shop Supervisor assumes primary responsibility for supervising the day to day activities of the E-Shop as well as working to assemble and test electronics racks per client or operations specifications within the scope of Clair's mission and core values.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise day to day activities of the E-Shop with focus on inbound, outbound, and quality control
• Prioritize and delegate RF/Communications, rack builds, and mic deployments
• Train and uphold Clair procedures for rack building and testing of E-Shop equipment

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

• General understanding of Microsoft Office and ERP systems with a willingness to improve knowledge base moving forward
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing, in person, and over the phone so others will understand
• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment
• Ability to work as part a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions
• Strong technical and people problem solving skill set
