Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group is seeking an Underwriting Systems Analyst-E&S to provide technical customer service support to the underwriting user community. This role troubleshoots quotes and policy issuance system decisions and uses Duck Creek for Specialty/E&S lines.

You will deliver training and work with stakeholders to prioritize new functionality and testing for fixes that improve efficiency. The position is hybrid at FCCI offices (Lawrenceville, GA among others) and offers a competitive salary

Provide technical customer service support for Underwriting user community.
Troubleshoot quotes and policy issuance system decisions.
Provide system training resources and ensure efficient utilization.

Responsibilities

Provide technical customer service support to FCCI’s Underwriting user community.
Troubleshoot a variety of system problems to resolve quoting and policy issuance issues.
Provide valuable system training resources for proper utilization of UW technology.
Partner with stakeholders in development and prioritization of new functionality and testing for fixes and enhancements.
