FCCI in Sarasota, FL is seeking an E&S Claim Adjuster to investigate and adjust assigned Excess and Surplus lines claims requiring expertise in coverage, analysis, jurisdictional and litigation matters. You will perform initial investigations, evaluate coverage, negotiate settlements, set reserves within authority, and direct defense counsel on litigated files.
This hybrid role may involve up to 20% travel for mediations and trials, with work available at regional offices or remote within FCCI

This role is hybrid at our Sarasota FL, office or one of our regional/field locations (Lawrenceville, GA; Lake Mary, FL; Carmel, IN; Richmond, VA and Richardson, TX) or can be remote within FCCI territory.

The salary range for this position is $91,389-$140,737 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
