Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group seeks an experienced commercial Claim Specialist to investigate liability claims with quality, cost-efficiency, and timeliness in mind.

Primary handling states include Gulf Coast and Midwest. This is a field-based position ideally located in MO, IL, IN, MI, OH, KY, TN, AR, AL, MS, LA, with competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience handling liability claims and investigating them per departmental policies.
• Ability to negotiate limited settlements and set reserves.
• Documentation of all file activity and adherence to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality, cost-efficient, and timely investigation of liability claims.
• Maintain inventory of claims and follow field procedures and budgetary guidelines.
• Attend mediations and document all file activity.

The salary range for this position is $91,389-$140,737 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
