Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education or related field from an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree preferred for advancement and leadership potential.
• Significant experience with instructional software and LMS administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer instructional software systems and LMS, in collaboration with Dean, IT and faculty.
• Provide technical and pedagogical assistance to faculty developing courses.
• Deliver training to instructors and students on instructional software.
• Participate in evaluation and continuous improvement of the e-learning department.
• Provide client-centered customer service in all e-learning services.
• Maintain curriculum archives and generate reports for program audits.
• Maintain the college’s e-learning website.
• Coordinate social media posts for the division with the PIO office.
• Research and evaluate emerging instructional technologies and tools and make recommendations.
• Serve as the Quality Matters Coordinator, including scheduling external reviews.
• Assist with course reviews and faculty development activities (website maintenance, course development, video production).
