Plexus Corp. is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop effective training assets and curricula using ADDIE. You will work with SMEs, GPOs, and site training teams to create scalable e-learning and on-the-job materials that improve learner outcomes.

You will leverage Articulate 360 Suite, configure curricula in the LMS, and monitor evaluation metrics, while pursuing growth through development programs and cross-functional collaboration across facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Experience with ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 and LMS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop engaging training assets and curricula using ADDIE.
• Collaborate with SMEs, GPOs, and site teams.
• Configure and deploy trainings in the LMS and track metrics.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
