Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking an instructional designer to lead ADDIE analysis and design, develop learning content, and coordinate production across multiple projects. The role involves platform implementation, launch support, and ongoing content maintenance.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, manage reviews and deadlines, and ensure high-quality, accessible learning materials using Articulate 360, Captivate, and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field as listed.
• Experience developing learning content from design to publication.
• Ability to work with technical SMEs and manage reviews and deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and quality assurance skills.
• Hands-on experience with learning platforms and digital authoring tools.
• Ability to translate complex material into clear learning assets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and independent work within a design strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design phases of ADDIE, focusing on development and production coordination.
• Coordinate drafts, reviews, approvals, timelines, and handoffs across projects.
• Create digital course content, instructor-led materials, and job aids.
• Build and maintain content in enterprise learning platforms and LMS.
• Manage source files, versions, feedback, and release documentation.
• Perform QA for functionality, accessibility, and learner experience.
• Coordinate launch activities, translations, localization, and multimedia production as needed.
• Track project status, risks, decisions, and inputs; communicate issues affecting delivery.
