Job summary

Plexus is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop effective, accessible training using ADDIE, leveraging Articulate 360 and LMS systems. You will partner with SMEs and site teams to ensure scalable e‑learning assets and successful rollout across locations.

The role emphasizes translation readiness, content reviews, and ongoing evaluation to optimize learning outcomes and align with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools and multimedia development.
• Familiarity with LMS deployment, configuration, and standard reporting.
• Ability to translate and validate content in Spanish, Romanian, Chinese, Thai, or Malay (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Apply ADDIE methodology to design and finalize scalable e‑learning modules and training materials.
• Map learner personas, identify content gaps, and coordinate translations and access requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs, GPOs, and site teams to review drafts and align with locations.
• Manage foundational training projects from inception through launch and track progress.
• Configure initial training deployment in the LMS and prepare rollout communications.
• Collect and review post‑course evaluations and LMS reports for improvements.
