Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking an experienced instructional designer / eLearning developer to rapidly create concise, high-quality, workflow-oriented learning modules using SME engagement.

Design and develop engaging e-learning materials using Articulate 360, Adobe, and Microsoft tools, including video, to ensure modular training integrates the ISD Tool Suite. Conduct SME interviews and user testing with ITD Team and end users to optimize learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training design, e-learning development, or workforce training.
• Degree or equivalent in Training / Instructional Design or closely related field.
• Ability to rapidly convert SME expertise into modular, effective, interactive training resources.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality e-learning materials (text-based and video-based).
• Conduct SME interviews to extract actionable knowledge with minimal SME burden.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve clarity, relevance, and usability of training resources.
• Refine and enhance training resources based on feedback and performance data to ensure strong learning outcomes.
