Job summary

Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company in Longview, WA seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor to lead E&I teams in a high-demand manufacturing environment. You will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance execution across the Liquid Packaging Operations.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance planning, coaching, and root-cause analysis, while ensuring compliance with OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical safety procedures and NEC/NFPA 70E.
• Leadership experience in maintenance or industrial operations.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Electrical and Instrumentation teams to meet safety and reliability targets.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E and safety procedures.
• Budgeting and strategic planning participation.
