The role emphasizes reliability, planning accuracy, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Stores.

Qualifications

• Trades qualifications in Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance, or an Electrical Engineering degree, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety procedures (NEC, NFPA 70E) and OSHA regulations.
• Experience reading drawings and developing labor and material estimates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan electrical and instrumentation maintenance work to maximize equipment reliability while considering safety, cost, labor, and material lead times.
• Develop detailed work packages including labor estimates, materials, tools, permits, procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure work orders are properly scoped, estimated, prioritized, and scheduled in SAP.
• Develop and maintain weekly maintenance schedules and readiness plans.
