Job summary

Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company is seeking an Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Technician in Longview, WA. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining electrical, instrumentation, automation, and process control systems in a continuous-process environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on industrial maintenance experience, strong safety practices, and the ability to read electrical drawings and software interfaces.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical/instrumentation maintenance.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with a methodical approach.
• Effective communication and collaboration with operations/maintenance teams.
• Experience using MS Office and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Diagnose motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, DCS, and process control equipment.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation, valves, transmitters, analyzers, and field devices.
• Read schematics, P&IDs, loop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Work with operations to safely resolve issues and improve equipment uptime.
