Job summary

Nippon Dynawave Packaging Co. in Washington state seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a front-line maintenance team, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution of maintenance work to improve equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.

The role coordinates people, materials, and contractor resources, engages in planning and scheduling activities, and supports budgeting and performance monitoring to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or supervision.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, work packages, and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely execution of work.
• Coordinate planned, preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Collaborate with planners, operations, engineering, stores, and contractors to scope, resource, and schedule work.
• Assist with budget planning, cost control, and department reporting.
