Job summary

Nippon Dynawave Packaging Co in Longview, WA is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor to lead E&I teams and drive safe, reliable maintenance operations. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime while controlling costs and meeting mill objectives.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, coordinating with operations, and applying root cause analysis to improve reliability and safety, in accordance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures, NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations.
• Trades qualifications in Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance or an Electrical Engineering degree.
• Experience with power distribution, DCS, PLCs, motor controls, and instrumentation equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership in maintenance, reliability, or industrial operations.
• SAP experience is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and instrumentation teams to improve safety, reliability, quality, and cost performance.
• Provide feedback, coaching, performance management, and discipline as needed.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development activities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Engineering, and contractors.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E and company safety procedures.
