Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (engineering or technology arena).
• Ten years or more of supervisory experience in Paper Industry will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability systems and best practices.
• Lead safety meetings and audits.
• Trouble shoot equipment and provide direction to technicians.
• Attend daily planning and safety meetings.
• Support E&I capital projects.
