Job summary

Smurfit Westrock plc is looking for an experienced E&I Maintenance Supervisor in Hopewell, Virginia. You will lead a team of approximately 20 general mechanics, ensuring safety, training, and task assignments while addressing operational and technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of industrial E&I supervising experience and an Associate’s Degree. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance efforts, scheduling work, and ensuring the implementation of safety practices. Strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related E&I supervising experience in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of current electrical safety standards such as NEC and OSHA.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID's, loop sheets, and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 20 E&I maintenance general mechanics.
• Coordinate with Operational Maintenance Coordinators and Planners.
• Schedule work assignments and address personnel issues.
