Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering preferred (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
• 5+ years of progressively responsible electrical and instrumentation experience, ideally in a highly automated process.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and maintain an accident-free work environment.
• Plan day-to-day and long-range maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Improve equipment reliability and maintenance strategies; support continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance objectives with plant goals.
• Promote maintenance training to develop skilled craftspeople in advanced control strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive overall operational improvements.

Education
