Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking an E&I Supervisor/Planner for the Arkansas Kraft Mill Division in Morrilton, AR.

The role leads safety initiatives and oversees planning and execution of electrical and instrumentation maintenance to improve reliability and process performance. Reporting to the E&I Maintenance Superintendent, you will optimize maintenance strategies, reduce downtime, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence while supporting a robust

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred; degree may be substituted with relevant experience.
5+ years of progressively accountable electrical and instrumentation experience, ideally in a paper industry.
Experience in a highly automated, heavy industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead safety initiatives and maintain an accident-free work environment.
Plan and execute day-to-day and long-range electrical/instrumentation maintenance.
Improve equipment reliability and maintenance strategies; pursue predictive technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance with plant goals.
Support training and development to enhance control system skills and performance.
