Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in mechanical maintenance and/or paper industry.
• Maintenance experience in a Pulp & Paper facility is desirable.
• Supervisory experience necessary.

• Manage team compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct 1:1s with employees to provide and receive guidance and development feedback.
