International Paper in Selma, AL seeks a Front Line Leader to direct the hourly team toward safety, engagement, and operating excellence at the Riverdale Mill. You will approve schedules, manage compliance, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

The role requires a B.S. in Engineering or related field, 3–5 years of pulp/paper operations experience, and prior supervision. IP leadership development opportunities may be available.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering or related field required or equivalent practical experience
• Prefer 3–5 years’ experience in pulp, power, paper, or related operations
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• If not already completed, participate in IP’s Front Line Leader or equivalent leadership program

• Lead and direct the hourly team to deliver safety, engagement, and operational excellence
• Approve pay and vacation scheduling for the team and handle related admin tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across shifts
• Conduct 1:1s to provide guidance and development feedback
• Identify training needs and implement plans for hard and soft skills
