Job summary

International Paper Company in Selma, AL, is seeking a qualified individual to lead reliability efforts across the mill. Responsibilities include developing maintenance programs, leading predictive maintenance, and supporting facilities preservation tasks.

The ideal candidate must have at least eight years of experience in a paper manufacturing environment, a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and relevant certifications in green/black belt.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in operations, maintenance, and/or engineering in a paper manufacturing environment required.
• IP ME certification of green or black belt is required.
• Additional lean/six sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability efforts on a mill wide basis.
• Develop equipment inspection programs including routine PM.
• Lead predictive maintenance and performance testing activities.
