Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a detail-oriented LSPS Project Management support professional to deliver legal technology services and e-discovery support. You will assist data collection, processing, culling, and document productions under the direction of Project Managers, while developing proficiency in Relativity, Nuix, and LAW workflows.

You will provide end-user support and help ensure adherence to department best practices, plus participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the LSPS Project Management team meet case or project objectives through delivery of legal technology services.
• Provide e-discovery support including data collection, processing and culling, document productions, and application support and training.
• Become proficient in project management workflows for Relativity Processing and Review, Nuix, LAW.
• Become proficient in end-user support for Relativity Processing and Review, Nuix, LAW.
• Apply department workflows and best practices to client services delivery.
• Review work and provide feedback to department management where applicable.
• Provide after-hours support for case teams and/or clients, and work overtime as necessary.
• Participate in the department on-call rotation and alternate hours during on-call periods.
• Assist with service delivery using internal and external resources.
• Exhibit business awareness related to department goals and objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with e-discovery technologies and strategies.
