Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking an entry-levelLitigation & Practice Support Project Management Specialist to assist the LSPS Project Management team with large-scale legal technology services. The role involves e-discovery support, data collection and processing, and contributing to project workflows.

You will learn and apply project management strategies, work under supervision, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the LSPS Project Management team in delivering legal technology services.
• Provide e-discovery support, including data collection, processing and culling, digital document productions, and application support/training.
• Become proficient in project management workflows for Relativity, Nuix, LAW, and related tools.
• Provide end-user support for standard litigation technology applications.
• Review work and provide feedback to department management.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and alternate hours.
• Assist with service delivery using internal and external resources.
• Maintain business awareness aligned with department goals.
• Keep abreast of current technologies and best practices in e-discovery.
