Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago is seeking an entry-level Litigation & Practice Support Project Management Specialist to assist with large-scale legal technology projects under the guidance of the LSPS Project Management Team.

You will provide e-discovery support including data collection, processing and culling, digital productions, and application training while applying project management workflows to deliver client services efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist LSPS Project Management team to meet case/objectives through delivery of legal technology services.
• Provide e-discovery support: data collection, processing and culling, and digital productions.
• Become proficient in project management workflows for Relativity Processing/Review, Nuix, LAW, etc.
• Provide basic end-user support for standard litigation technology applications.
• Review work and provide feedback to department management; participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
• Maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
