Job summary

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking an E-Discovery Attorney to support litigation teams through all phases of the e-discovery lifecycle while helping advance the firm’s use of AI and emerging legal technologies. This role blends hands-on discovery work with opportunities to develop innovative workflows and collaborate with attorneys and clients on complex matters.

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in litigation, investigations, e-discovery, or related legal practice.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with Relativity, TAR, analytics, or AI-assisted review tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and support e-discovery matters, including document review, quality control, privilege review, data collections, and productions.
Collaborate with litigation teams on discovery strategy, deposition preparation, trial support, and case management.
Assist in the development and implementation of AI-enabled review workflows and other technology-driven solutions.
Evaluate emerging legal technologies and support training, best practices, and workflow improvements.
Participate in client-facing initiatives, including presentations, conferences, and business development activities.
