Perplexity AI is seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced docket, focusing on eDiscovery and related workflows. You will partner with outside counsel, vendors, and internal teams to manage preservation, collection, review, and production across multiple matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a paralegal or litigation support role, preferably in-house or at a law firm.
• Hands-on experience with EDRM lifecycle processes, legal holds, collection, review and production.
• Experience coordinating with eDiscovery vendors and reviewing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery workflows across multiple matters, including holds and custodian lists.
• Coordinate with vendors on scopes, SOWs, data volumes, and hosting costs.
• Support case management, docketing deadlines, and internal file organization.
• Own intake for new matters and third-party requests with clear triage and routing.
• Assist with outside counsel relationships, billing records, and matter budgets.
• Help build scalable processes, playbooks, and checklists to standardize workflows.
