Salary: $230,000 - $260,000 DOE + Bonus Potential

A leading global law firm is seeking a Mid-Level E-Discovery Attorney to join its eDiscovery, AI, and Information Governance Practice Group. This role supports complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters through all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with strong eDiscovery experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm who has leveraged AI-driven review and discovery technologies to manage sophisticated matters efficiently and defensibly.
To be considered, candidates must:
- Be licensed and in good standing in DC, New York, Massachusetts, or California.
- Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery experience.
- Currently work, or have recent experience, within an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 law firm environment.
- Have hands-on experience utilizing AI-assisted eDiscovery and document review tools.
- Have experience supporting large-scale litigation, regulatory, or investigation matters through all phases of the EDRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate eDiscovery workflows throughout all phases of the EDRM, including preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and post-production activities.
- Partner closely with attorneys, litigation support professionals, and vendors to ensure discovery strategies are implemented effectively and project deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication between legal teams, staff attorneys, project managers, and firm leadership.
- Support document preservation, collection, processing, hosting, review, and production efforts.
- Assist with privilege reviews, quality control protocols, privilege log preparation, and production management.
- Leverage AI-powered review technologies, analytics tools, TAR/CAL workflows, and emerging legal technology solutions to streamline discovery processes.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve workflow issues.
- Coordinate with litigation support and external vendors regarding data management, review protocols, and production specifications.
- Advise case teams on eDiscovery best practices, defensible workflows, and technology-assisted review methodologies.
- Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Active bar membership in DC, NY, MA, or CA.
- Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery experience supporting complex litigation, regulatory, and investigatory matters.
- Experience with sophisticated document review platforms, including Relativity, Nuix Discover, or similar technologies.
- Direct experience utilizing AI-enabled review tools, analytics, TAR, CAL, and other advanced eDiscovery technologies.
- Strong understanding of discovery workflows, data management, and document review best practices.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach.
