Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in litigation, investigations, e-discovery, or related legal practice.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Interest in legal technology, AI, and innovation within litigation workflows.
  • Experience with Relativity, TAR, analytics, or AI-assisted review tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support e-discovery matters, including document review, quality control, privilege review, data collections, and productions.
  • Collaborate with litigation teams on discovery strategy, deposition preparation, trial support, and case management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of AI-enabled review workflows and other technology-driven solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging legal technologies and support training, best practices, and workflow improvements.
  • Participate in client-facing initiatives, including presentations, conferences, and business development activities.

Job OverviewA law firm seeks an E-Discovery Litigation Attorney in Winston-Salem, NC. The position offers a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on discovery work while developing innovative workflows and collaborating on complex litigation matters.

Duties
