Job Description:
Top law firm is seeking a talented attorney to join the firm’s eDiscovery team. Candidates must have several years of experience practicing in general litigation, governmental investigations, or other major practice group, prior to focusing on eDiscovery. This should include drafting briefs, engaging in negotiations, drafting discovery requests and responses, etc. In addition, the candidate should have substantive eDiscovery experience advising with respect to strategies surrounding preservation, collection, review, and production in connection with commercial litigation, products liability cases, antitrust matters and/or internal and government investigations. Ideal candidates will possess a keen interest in and understanding of modern eDiscovery issues such as TAR (technology-assisted review) and other technologies, mobile devices, and emerging technology challenges, as well as outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication and strong academic credentials. Candidates should be comfortable and proficient at engaging with clients, opposing parties, and courts.
