Job summary

Trustpoint.One, a leading global law firm, seeks a Mid-Level E-Discovery Attorney to support complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters through all EDRM phases. This role emphasizes AI-driven review and discovery technologies to manage large matters efficiently.

Candidates must be barred in DC, NY, MA, or CA with a JD and at least 5 years of eDiscovery experience in Am Law 100/200 settings; strong project management and client service are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in DC, NY, MA, or CA.
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery experience.
• Experience at Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 law firms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted eDiscovery and document review tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale litigation, regulatory or investigation matters through the EDRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate eDiscovery workflows across all phases of the EDRM.
• Partner with attorneys, support professionals, and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between legal teams and leadership.
• Support preservation, collection, processing, hosting, review and production.
• Assist with privilege reviews and privilege log preparation.
• Leverage AI-powered review technologies and TAR/CAL workflows.
• Monitor progress and resolve workflow issues.
• Coordinate with vendors on data management and production specs.
• Advise case teams on best practices and tech-assisted review.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
